SAP  EAM Project Manager
Currently, we are seeking candidates to fill the position of Project Manager within our IT space.   The candidate will be part of the IT Program Management Office team.   As part of this team, the candidate will lead and work with Business Process teams as well as Technical Services and Business Partners as it pertains to the project methodology process.   This position will be responsible for leading project efforts to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.   This also includes tracking project issues and risks, change requests and reporting.   Activities will include scheduling and leading meetings with cross-functional teams to drive projects through their full life cycle.  

Initial Job Functions include:
•     Management of scope, requirements, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and integration
•     Ability to lead and support several large projects concurrently
•     Prepare project reports and summaries as required by the management team
•     Identify and manage risks / issues and develop mitigation plans
•     Lead project meetings to include information for: schedules, requirements, resource assignments and deliverables
•     Work with project teams to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments
•     Provide guidance, as needed, to project team throughout the project life cycle.
•     Prepare detailed project plans using appropriate PM tools: MS Project, MS Office, etc.
•     Monitor and modify project schedules as needed
•     Maintain document control and track project activities and team communications
•     Lead project teams in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes
•     Develop and publish communications to project teams, management and project stakeholders
•     Management of outsourced teams including vendor engagements
•     Manage the intake and documentation of project requests, project change order documentation, and facilitation of collaborative documentation capture and archiving 
•     Ensure project repository is built and maintained
•     Develop and review project status with project team and create weekly reports
•     Other duties are facilitating cross-functional, intra-department, and inter-department communications and cooperation in achieving project success 
•     Other duties as needed


Requirements:
•     Strong project planning skills
•     Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
•     Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager working with SAP environments
•     Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
•     Understanding of Business and System Requirements.  
•     Proficient with MS Office Suite and MS Project
•     Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
•     Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance
•     Good interpersonal skills; effective team player and leader
•     Extensive experience with project management and phases of the project lifecycle
•     Knowledge of standard waterfall and agile (SCRUM) methodologies
•     Strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus
•     Ability to take ownership of issues to resolution
•     Possess good problem solving and resolution skills and a high level of analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
•     Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager – Project and Document Management
•     Experience with MS Project Server and SharePoint
•     Knowledge of HP Service Manager and/or ServiceNow
•     Knowledge of HP ALM – Quality Center
•     Ability to influence others to move to a common goal
•     Ability to mentor others 

Qualifications and Education:
•     Bachelor’ s Degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field, equivalent combination of education and experience
•     Project Management Certification

Experience in SAP Time Management and Position Management
